RETURNS: Be aware that software is too easy to duplicate, No returns are accepted.  All CD sales are final.

CANCELLATIONS:
Since we attempt to ship orders within 5 business days, cancellation of an order must be received within 24 hours of the order being placed. Shipping, Handling and freight charges will apply to all orders shipped prior to our receiving your cancellation. Please email djdonline@cableone.net to cancel an order.

Backorder Policy
We normally ship all in stock items within 5 business days from the time your order is received. Actual delivery time will vary according to your USPS Zone.

Any item that is "out of stock" will be backordered and will be shipped immediately upon its arrival in our warehouse. Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will require additional shipping time. During Holiday seasons, large orders may take longer to deliver. We will contact you if items are backordered or if the item has been discontinued or is no longer available.

Shipping Policies:
We ship all DVD's via USPS First Class Mail for the continental US territories.  The flat rate charge is $1.99 per item.

International shipping is NOT available

Delivery Address Warning: Please be sure to confirm all information on your delivery address is correct prior to checkout. 

TAXES: DJD Enterprises does NOT charge sales tax for any orders placed outside of Arizona! If you order within the State of Arizona, you will be charged an additional 7.35%.

WARRANTIES:
All items are warranted directly by the manufacturers. No other warranty either expressed or implied is offered by DJD Enterprises. DJD Enterprises is not responsible for normal wear & tear, abuse or mistreatment of item(s). Defective items must be reported with 30 days of purchase. Claims reported after 30 days of purchase for any defects may be replaced or repaired at the discretion of DJD Enterprises.
